Hi Mackey2001 and Delhite, Would you be able to send me the document checklist as well? I received a letter and unfortunately, the letter did not include the document checklist!!! I was so frustrated and phoned Immigration a few times but all they told me was to wait for another letter. It's a few weeks now and I still have not received anything. Would you be able to send me a copy as well? Here is my email address:

A few qs regarding validity of PCC / Medicals and the impact on Visa and Entry.
a. How long is a PCC issued in India valid for ?
b. Medicals , I understand are valid for one year .
c. When a Visa is issued what impact does the validity of the above have on the last entry date - Does the Applicant have to land before expiry of a. Medicals , b. PCC .. c. Both ... ?
My father's PCC was issued in June-2012 , mother's PCC in Oct 2012 . Medicals done in March 2013 (PCCs also submitted in March 2013) ...
What should I expect as their latest entry permitted dates ?
