Hi Mackey2001 and Delhite, Would you be able to send me the document checklist as well? I received a letter and unfortunately, the letter did not include the document checklist!!! I was so frustrated and phoned Immigration a few times but all they told me was to wait for another letter. It's a few weeks now and I still have not received anything. My father's PCC was issued in June-2012 , mother's PCC in Oct 2012 . Medicals done in March 2013 (PCCs also submitted in March 2013) ...
