Today, I have received file back and it says that
As per #7 on the Document Checklist, you must provide proof that you are the parent or grandparent of your sponsor in Canada and proof of relationship for any accompanying spouse/common -law partener

As part of #7, I had sent them
1) My father's school leaving certificate instead of birth certificate (It includes full name, date of birth, place of birth and other information)
2) My mother's school leaving certificate instead of birth certificate
3) My parent marriage certificate
4) My school leaving certificate instead of birth certificate (This is what I have used for my PR file instead of birth certificate). This includes my full name including my father's name.

My parents or I do not have birth certificate and we always used School Leaving Certificate as proof of birth. It has all information.

It looks like they didn't look into detail and didn't cosider school leaving certificate as proof of birth.

What should I do now?

Should I send file back with explanation that school leaving certificate includes full name including father name and birth information?

My driving license has my father's name. Do you think driving license is good for proof of relationship to sponsor?

What are other options?

I need to send response within 30 days and I received letter after 12 days.

Quick response will be appriciated.

Finally today i recieved confirmation letter from CIC.....it says...

" you have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponser. Accordingly, the application for PR for your relatives has been forwarded to a visa office aboard for further process....i.e. in India.

that means file has been approved or not?

any input would be greatly appereciated.
