43 months? *sigh* I thought this was supposed to speed up the process. I haven't even received that letter yet.

Someone posted that medicals were being sent to some people and I started getting optimistic.

Processing applications is really rocket science for government departments! ~5 years already gone by for me.

Hell group
I sent the eligibility to sponsor parents in september 2007, to CPC Mississauga and the online system has been showing current processing date as september 11,2007 and processing time has gone from 22months to 54months in last 2years.
Anybody knows whats going on?

You should have received request from CIC to complete application forms for your parents side... we applied in 2008 and received that request in last November..
Follow up with CIC if you have not received anything...
CPC processing date showing on their website does not reflect correct info after they are fast tracking backlogged applications.

Thanks jigz787. I forgot to mention that I did recieved those forms in jan/12. Do you know how much time it actually takes after that?

There are many CD members who send the same application & other requested docs in February, including myself. No updates yet.
