The file is already is New Delhi which implies you have already been approved and hence you are above the LICO in any case. The pay rise is surely a better thing but if I were you, I would not send any additional papers unless asked for. I suggest you talk to CIC, New Delhi if you really wish to send the revised papers for higher income. AFAIK, New Delhi has nothing to do with the sponsors approval and that is done at CHC, Canada.

Fees: I am not sure where you need to send the receipt. I would think it is CHC, Canada (Mississauga office) but to be really sure, please call the CIC helpdesk. They will guide you properly.

Your parents request is taking longer than normal. I would tend to think it is due to more dependents in your application. No harm, writing a detailed note asking for an update from the CIC website and mention the wait period, etc. Do have your queries in a specific question format so that they can answer it to the point.

Just hang in there, I know how frustrating it can be. Not long now - good luck.

No need to inform CHC abt pay rise. That is in no way gonna affect your case

Application for my parents has started in New Delhi ( after 2 years in Canada)---any ideas, how much time for sponsorship application from New Delhi ?

The letter from Delhi office say it will take 3 months for confirmation, 9 months for review, 43 months for interview ?

It looks like one should get request for medical within 7-8 months of beginning of application at New Delhi office !!
