HELLO EVERYONE

In My Case There are Total 7 Members at the Time of Application March 2005 Me , my Wife and my Son in Canada
In India my Father Mother Brother and Sister since i ve Applied. I have good income to meet LICO standards

My question is i ve got Baby Girl. She Borned Last Month in this year, Do i have to Add her as Another Member or it is Frezed to 7 members.

Any updates so far? My parents application was approved in Feb. 2008 and my parents have submitted application to CHC New Delhi in the beginning of March 2008.

I hope (based on current times) to get the medial request for my parents in April 2008 (takes about 5 to 6 months from the time your parents submit the completed forms to CHC, New Delhi).

We sent the package in 2007but hve not heard anyhing..can any one tellme what to expect next. When will my parents receive a package or when will it go to delhi.

anyone else who applied in Jan 2007?

I understand that you sent the package for your parents to CPC, Mississauga - is that right?

If yes, then you should have got an acknowledgement from CPC in about 3 months (April 2007). This is only an acknowledgement of receipt and your file/ papers will not be opened.

Then it should take close to 2 years to get your Canada decision for your sponsorship approval (by Jan 2009), following which you will get a kit (say Feb 2009) which you need to send to your parents. Meanwhile, if CPC needs more information from your end, this is when they will ask you to submit the details since 2 years have elapsed from you application start date.

They (your parents) may need about 2 months to get the paperwork done and then it is anywhere from 6 months to 36 more months.

All these time lines are based on current trends (hence subject to change).

All in all, we are looking from a minimum of 3 to about 5 years.

Good news, my parents submitted there application on March 1st week and today I checked the Status online and it say's In PROcess, not sure how much more time it will take to get Visa
