Thank you for replying soon. The visit visa for my parents was applied in month of march 2005 and again in month of july 2005. the main reason for denial was that my parents dont hav enough family ties back home . As I am the only son of my parents ofcourse my elder sister is in India. Is there any way they can get a visit visa. My younger son is a child of special needs and that is the reason i cant travel to india . my parents immigration is in process in new delhi and we received the file no in aug 2004 .How much time you think it is going to take as we have not received any call for medicals yet

Looks like the chance of them getting v/v is very slim unless you apply for only one of them and argue that you need the extra help with the child - enclose evidence of special needs etc. Otherwise, it's hard to convince CHC that they are willing to return to India.

You'll have to wait another 2 yrs or so.
