Hi Friends,

I do have access to a party hall in my condominium in Scarborough. I generally do a party there every year and invite my family and friends. WE can accommodate around 50 plus people there and we do have heating arrangement for the food and can make tea there as well. Some of the members of the group have attended a couple of get together there and may be able to chip in if they think that we can arrange it there. I have already spoken to the management there and tentatively booked the same. If we were to confirm, we have till 5 pm to do so. The only hitch I have there is that in the adjacent building there is some construction going on in their visitor parking lot and that has put a burden on our visitor parking places there but I am sure we can still have the picnic / get together there.

Please advise if you most of the members would like to do it there and I will immediately pay for the rental, which is $100 for the party room.

I have already posted this message on the WhatsApp group as well and waiting to hear from the organizers.

Let's do it in the rain. IT will be different sort of picnic. The temperatures are looking good..Bonus: No need to bring water gun.

I am having Power Outage. It is an On and Off service today. The heat is slowly beating me down. I am suggesting this as an alternate solution. Some one who knows and has Internet can do additional; exploring.

It is very close to the suggested PICNIC Area. PARKING Is FREE. I Believe it has lots of OPEN space inside. We can surely meet at the park, collect your share of the ordered food and pay for it and if it rains we move to OLG SLOTS. Enjoy the day. Gamble if it is in your BLOOD. Win if your luck is on the up and up.

Will revert back if and when the power returns. FH.

YOU Don't want to know the rental raters for a HALL!

Courtesy Pramod g , we have an alternative condo hall available for tomorrow which can be rented for $100/- which will add ~ $5/ adult .

But we need to confirm it by 4pm today...

THE PICNIC IS ON FOR TOMORROW .

Adding a column in spreadsheet for indoor or outdoor preference ... PLEASE update your preference to the sheet asap and we will go ahead with tomorrow ... INDOOR / OUTDOOR
