Thanks SS , Kindly pick 2 packs of water bottles.. and 1 big chips either Lays lightly salted .

Please do not carry the water bottles from your car on that day ..Will get some trolley to pick it up.

BTW we will need cooler/s and ice also ... Anyone ??

Anyone else from Scarborough ?? Nilgiris pickup ... if no one else than SS - will have to request you for the Nilgiris thing and ask some one else for water & chips ..

Hello all,

I can not resist to give opinion on water bottle....normally when people take one water bottle from box or pack than most of the time without finishing whole water bottle either people just throw it out in garbage or normally forgets where they kept the half water bottle ......if this case happens than 2 packs of water bottles are not enough for so many peoples.
specially on summer days....

best if someone have tap water cooler than good idea to purchase big water bottle and use disposable glass to drink water as requires...

Less water waste and people can drink water as per requirements too...

just two cents from my side....

I can volunteer for Costco if SSji wishes to cover Neelgiris pickup. I also have water dispenser which I can bring with ice in it. We can empty some bottles at the venue.

For Tea, I can arrange a propane stove if anyone volunteers to prepare tea at the park - just need someone to bring a bag of Milk.
