FH.. I am sure a lot of CD are waiting to meet you. It will be a privilege to have you join us... though I understand the drive is too far for you. Hopefully you can coordinate with Blue peafowl and get a ride...

Please land inside the picnic fence

We were to leave on the 12th Aug for two weeks, for a short break. It was planned and organized since April. Lucky for me we could not divide and re-group till now. So there are now two groups and I am still going, but with the second group on the 19th Aug. Lv on the 20th Aug, early morning from TO.

I will not miss the meet. But I will confirm the same on the 31st July. Only one single individual for the CD PICNIC on the 13th Aug. @ the Centennial Park. I will make it on my own.

Thank you for the place of honour. I would love to meet you all too that will be a privilege, and that will make it memorable too for me.

We can share all the good news when we meet.

FH.

Would appreciate if you can fill in the details in the spreadsheet on page 2?

Do we need to book a picnic spot with the city ? I assume yes for a group > 25 which it is going to be.

Time - I think starting at 1 pm to 6-7 pm should be good... We can let everyone gather , have snacks in the meantime , have lunch close to 2-3 pm and then have a good bout of games before evening tea..

Next topic (most interesting one ) ........... food ... catered out / pick up or potluck ... I think pick up is more manageable ... we can distribute the costs per adult head or family .

Please feel free to add on.

Hmmm.....the timing might be a bit of a problem for me. I was hoping we start at about 10.30 elevenish (a late start to a picnic makes me lethargic) have lunch at say 1-1.30 (proper lunch time), and then games etc., followed by tea around 4-4.30

But whatever the larger community decides.........
