We just got a call from a close friend from India that he is visiting the Niagara on the US side on Saturday. We haven't met them in 15yrs.

So sorry. I hate to make last minute cancellations - but won't be able to join all of you. Was really looking forward to meeting all of you.

This picnic is shaping to be so much fun. I am sure it is going to be a great success. Enjoy! Apologies again.

Please update your sheet with your attendance. No tentative please .. I am assuming we should be able to know our weekend plans by Thursday.

Also will know on Thursday, what the rain prospects are for Saturday. If rains are expected ( say > 5mm) should we defer the picnic to Sunday / next week ?

Thanks for the offer Hiren but tea can be prepared at home .. I am sure some will volunteer.Will save us another equipment from being carried over.

Thanks for joining in NYD as well as the offer for pickup from Nilgiris ..Nothing has been ordered and the plan is to order on Friday ..Would be very helpful if you can kindly coordinate that.

Thanks Hiren again for the dispenser - I hope it is not heavy - if yes we can get a 15 lt bottle and a manual press pump which will work nicely -- recall using them commonly in the Middle East.

All food items will be ordered only on Friday...Attendees list please update finally by Thursday.
