Thank You So Much Hiren g !!

You are now getting dispensers , gazebo and Costco things ..

SS Sir is getting cooler , ice bags.. If you want SS sir can pass by Costco and get Costco things and the ice bags from there only... Once at the venue , we can obviously help in off loading and reloading as and when needed.

Kindly decide among your good selves .

I would be getting samosas , gulab jamuns , cookies , tea and raita.

NYD would be getting idli and chutney

Chandresh g would be getting grocery cart & tarps.

Pramod g would be getting tea as well.

Ashwani G would be getting disposables, table cloth, garbage bags, and paper napkins

Waiting upon Delhite or San Hugo to pick up chana bhatura if they are from Brampton.

Hi Guys,

Am interested in attending the picnic. updating spreadsheet.

Fido,

From where do you want to pick Chana bhatura, I dont live in Brampton but can take a deteor.
Also, Can we include Biryani as well, 4-5 plate.. more options ll b better.. if 1 item is not good, other can compensate.

Some info about the location.
It has 2,3 picnic tables in the shade(close to washroom). On weekdays this park is not that crowded, I am hoping weekend also its not busy.

Thanks,

Book Keeping can be done by the Mod (and anyone he picks to help him) ..

Everybody will write their names on receipts and hand over to him.

He would total them up and come to the total figure say 350/-

Participating adults would hand $10 each to him.

He will pay you for your contribution out of the money collected. Also any balance if due.

Raj Sir ~ Is it possible if you could arrange for some loonies and toonies ...(perhaps $50/- worth).. like they have at the cashiers ..... Can we get them in the Bank ?

Arranged for Portable PA system , so music is on (with a mic). Will have to travel bit far to pick from a friends place that day. It can play music from phones or USB. Please bring your music in USB. I'll bring some.

Also planning to pick Cricket kit.
