Those poor doctors in UK .... living in a langar .... at least they are getting food to eat ..... but is that the picture you have of doctors in UK .... my friend your source of information is not correct ..... but then i would not fight about the condition of doctors in UK .... at least the poor guys are not getting beat up as it regularly happens in Indian hospitals
As for Canada, i have a few family members who are in this profession in Canada ..... they are doing very well for themselves as are a number of South asian doctors here in Canada . Please dont compare a doctor from India practising medicine with the one driving a cab. Compare the ones practising with the ones practising in India.
As for you feelings about India and Canada, man you got to believe in yourself ..... no wonder you are not able to assimilate here ...... get over the 5000 year old syndrome .... live in present ....
I consider myself as a proud Indian ... but you have taken "it"to a new level ....

We all love our country BUT we all chose to move out coz we were all convinced that future is brighter here! the pictureyou are trying to present for Canada Vs India is Black Vs White which is not justified ...the picture is always GREY !!! you know what i mean...
There is no Indian eye who didn't shed a tear for Martyrs of Kargil .
There is no Indian who didn't feel proud for the cheapest car Nano.
I feel extremely happy to see so many Indian kids participate and do well in 'Spelling Bee' competitions!
Didn't we feel good to see Sunita Williams go into space and she had hardly visited India in her life !!!
So my friend we can do good irrespective of our geographical locations and make our country proud!

Are you sure, everyone in India is getting 80k or more/month (ROTFL)? The whole industry is depandent on US. Aren't you reading news that IT market is already showing glimpse of slow down in India currently? I tend to laugh when people come to Canada/US and the same lot then find India more favourable and truly WORLD CLASS with a GREAT infrastructure.

No I don't feel proud when sunita williams go to space with US flag on her cloth, rather I feel proud when Rakesh sharma went to space with Indian flag and said to Indira gandhi- sare jahan se achcha hindustan humara, when she asked Rakesh antriksha se bharat kaise dikhata hai, he never said Madam Canada's street looks better than India from space.

I feel proud when Indian kid can speak/read/write in hindi rather then participating on spelling bee, first teach them we have 2000 language spoken in India.

I feel proud for Sachin Tendulakar, Amitabh bachchan, Tata, ambani brother, kishor kumar, Lataji over the spelling bee guy.

I don't feel proud when you sing Canada's national anthem and claim you are making India proud gimme a break :D
