Got the Schedule A, but their is a spelling mistake. Dont know what to do next ... I have faxed them, emailed them but no word ... yet days fly!

Wondering what to do next. We also got the request for PCC and passport.

What is the "foreign travel form" that you mention?

My parent apply to Polic Commissioner office for PCC. Local police inquiry and all process completed but when he went to Commissioner office for receiving PCC. They provided document called Police Verification Report and ask them to apply to Passport office for PCC. I was expecting Commissioner office will provide PCC. Do you know the verification report is accepted by CIC?

I found the link on cic website for the PCC in India (see below)

For districts other than the Punjab:
Applicants should contact the local Senior Superintendent of Police/ Superintendent of Police/ Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Police, the Additional Commissioner of Police, or the Station House Officer (Police clearance certificate issued by the Regional Passport Office are also acceptable.

What is the correct process to obtain PCC for parent sponsorship file?

I have submitted PCC and Proof of Medical Completion to Ottawa-Pilot.
I already paid landing fees.

What will be next step and how long it takes?

I am expecting whole process will be completed within an year because medical will be expire after an year. Am I right?

What do you mean by Proof of Medical completion? As per my understanding Medical reports will be directly submitted to CIC. My parents completed medical examination a month and half ago and I haven't submitted any proof of Medical completion. kindly let me know what exactly I have to submit to cic or Ottawa-pilot. What will be the next step? Just wait for the decision or have to follow up with cic. Who will get the response from CIC me or my parents about the decision? When I check online status it only shows that we received your application on so and so date. Any inputs greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

Proof of Medical completion means you have to send a copies of receipt where you pay money for medical examination and Medical report: section A for client identification and summery form.

In my case DMP office gave us adviced and given copies of section A and receipt and told us to mail it to Visa office as a proof that parents did medicals at particular Hospital.

Just update:

I sent original passport with Medical completion form and other documents on 4th August 2012
