Does this mean your case is approved and sending the passports to get the visa required for landing?

They made a mistake with the spelling of my mum's name and birth date is wrong; since it was sent to me it took many days;

I have emailed the office but no word from them?

Should we get the medicals done - since they have a deadline which one has to meet.

I am curious to know the dates when your file was transferred to New Delhi, when you received AOR and when they requested for Medical/PCC?

Did your folks get Schedule A and foreign travel form as well, and did u send PCC with original docs

I still remember how frustrated you were when your file was transferred to New Delhi and the AOR mentioned 43 months wait time
My guess seems to be right that its a standard formal AOR letter format which they did not update after launching this pilot program.
Medicals are valid for 1 year only, so your parents visas are guaranteed in less than 12 months now.
Please tell me the duration from AOR to medical request in your case.
