Yeah I guessed that . Ask me why ??
Because not only did you reject the posts & advice given by seasoned IT professionals on this thread , you have actually raised hopes of trying to get a job for some one without knowing or understanding his or her back ground.
Never , never trust anyone who promises you a job in Canada or for that reason any new place....
Networking is important here no doubt but what s more important is your skills -- hard as well as soft as well as experience / certifications ... If you are good on that ... recruiters are lined a dozen to get you interviews.
But if you are not skilled in the right areas ... well then they say Canada has the most qualified cabbies as you find doctors and engineers driving cabs here.

My 2 cents on scope and openings of foreign trained, foreign experienced IT professionals in Canada. You must have good soft as well as technical skills. You may not need to be very fluent but able to understand and similarly able to concise and explain your thoughts. While working with a 10 members offshore team in India, only 3 of them used to reply the phone calls and when asked for the reason, the informal reply from a well-known team member was that the day any of the other team member will pick the phone to reply, they will definitely loose the contract. They may be very poor in communication or in technical skills. In India, to get an IT job, the ratio between soft skills and technical skill is 30:70 but in Canada, it is the other way.
Keep your options open. Ready to move to any place in Canada for the first job. Ready to pick any role for the first job. It is easy to change the role and move up quickly than getting the first job. Ready to do the co-op job as it will help you in getting the permanent one. My wild guess is that if someone has a good soft skills and real technical skills, should get the breakthrough in one year. The starting salary will be between 50 to 100K – depending upon the profile and job requirements. This salary is not bad.
At the end I will wish you good luck. That’s another thing you need to have to get success.

Just Google it. It is a toronto star report that came when I was in Canada in 2010 or so.
General :
Networking is a great way to get jobs. I must also say here that, if you are even remotely related to IT, then with networking it is damn easy to get a job. But to get the networking capability is the main thing.
In other professions other than IT, networking will only get you this much. The rest will have to be your past related work experience in Canada,
For example, I had got 3 people into my previous Canadian office. They did not get it because of only me but they had previous Canadian working experience (related). However, if they had applied on their own, their resume would have gone to the Garbage but since I recommended, the boss took them in because of my word. I would not have given my word, If I had not gone through their resume / work experience and recommended them. Boss was pleased with them. But note that Architecture is one of the worst ever professions to get a job in Canada. Nothing else is that hard to get a job except may be professors of arts & medical doctors.
