Ok, here are some facts from the Indian Express report:
1. The three-member committee comprises former secretary general P D T Achari, journalist K V Prasad and Supreme Court advocate Balraj Malik.
2. The recommendations will be sent to the salary and allowance committee by the assembly speaker and then to the government’s law department to be finalised as a Bill. This will then be sent to the union home ministry for final approval.
Please read: It will only be implemented after Union Home Ministry's approval. Which, my dear friend is in the purview of BJP. So, AAP MLAs will only get 400% hike after the independent panel's recommendation, and that of your dear BJP in centre. Unless you accuse the later to be hand in glove with AAP as well. It's not suddenly AAP passed it, made it a bill, and drawing the money as soon as from next month.
It still is a far cry from being implemented. Don't put cart before the horse.
Oh! Sorry, I forgot, here's the salary data for Punjab Govt. that is the ally of BJP in Centre. Did you hear the similar cries when they did it. Heck! You didn't even notice that. This despite the Govt. was in deficit.

That is a nice AAPTardic Logic, conviniently forgotting the fact that, AAP came to power by claiming they will not take Government Bunglows, Car, Allowances and live like an Aam Person. Hum to AAM Adami hai jee has turn out to be Hum to KHAS Adami hai jee!
The supporters are not getting anything out of them, it is all of themselves.
The question is not that BJP will pass it or not - it is a moral question - the party that claims to be a so down to earth, not willing to do anything VIP for themselves, route the corruption is itself doing all the crap that established parties kept doing for years.
