I had applied in Aug and got file no. in Nov 2003 by CHC New Delhi.
There after no letters....

The process started on 18th Sep. 2003

I want to knw that currently which year files in
progress an is there anyone who has same case
and rec. interview letter or waiver.

and what is the current interview time..

help me...the CHC New Delhi seems be sleeping.

The website does not show perfect information like other sites
of CIC.

I will strongly suggest u. Better apply for australian immigration also. Once in australia , get tranfer ur file & reach canada earlier. SInce u being sept 2003 case wait easily for another 3-4 years in case u have patince.
Or other route is go on student visa to US or canada & then get ur file transfer to buffalo office. I am march 2002 case & so far n reply ..really cursing myself as why did not folllow any of these two routes. But then at that time processing time shown were 9 months on thier website . Now at least they said clearly that min 33 months will be taken for just first review. ( It can easly be more also.)
So choice is urs. It all depend on ur aspirations. In case of not much interst better stay in india till may be in some years time somthing comes from canadain immigratoiun autority but in case u want to go in resonable time, my freind donot wait just act as suggested.
