Let me share my practical experience about Delhi as I came back recently spending good few months and even seen odd-even days. According to me Odd-Even was not a success in terms of pollution control; however it had great impact on Delhi traffic and jams. Travel time was reduced considerably. Most people followed odd-even, made alternate arrangements.
Public transport still not up to the mark, however it has improved a lot if you compare from last 2-3 years. Metro is good, even buses are also of decent quality. Could see lot of AC buses running on road with very decent fares. However still need improvement; just heard that Delhi government is coming up with some electric buses for trial.
Things which I likes most about Delhi government functioning is the focus on education and healthcare. This guy Manish Sisodia is doing great job and really changing education in Delhi (government and private school)...Private schools are under scanner and they are not allowed to increase any fees before Delhi government approval......One of my close relative got sms from his son?s school that they are taking back increased fee for 2016 this year and will be charging the same fee as of 2015...as he already paid 1st qtr fee for 2016....excess paid will be adjusted in next qtr fee...I have never seen private schools refunding fee back to parents in my life in India. Delhi government also planning to take control of two private schools for breaking several regulations. So, crux is private schools are under pressure for the first time. This guy Manish sisodia can be seen on surprise visits to government school and poly techniques almost every day. Teachers are coming to school. Infrastructure is improving. He is really doing a great job and improving education standard in government school.
About healthcare, their Mohalla clinic is a big success....they have already opened approx 100 mohalla clinic in less than 2 years of the work tenure (this is some work). Such a good infrastructure for basic healthcare need, at a small place with such a low cost is really a great achievement. Most of government hospitals now have medicines available and most of test machines like ecg, ultrasound etc are working fine...LOL....Delhi ministers are always on surprise visits to hospital.
Cleanliness- no changes. I could see same Delhi as it was 2-3 years back....no major changes...however was happy to see changes in Education, healthcare.
Government office- Could not get chance to visit any ...however heard you will get most of your work done easily as per process ,if not ? you have option to escalate to central or state government- thanks to both Modi and AK. Your voice / problem can be heard which was never a case in past.

DELHI INDIAN
Playing pure vote bank politics Kejriwal said the Batla House Encounter was fake. Because the names of those in the Encounter sounded Muslim and in order to garner Muslim vote, up to a what level low this person can go? Can we hand over our county to the people like this who are ready to demoralize the police and military forces just for getting few votes? Or is there any other motive? Did he actively helped them to escape from India and join ISIS?
I am not expecting any regret from Khujli, however AAPTards should feel sorry.

There is neck to neck fight among all parties except bjp and its allies to prove themselves closest to jinnah line.No dought kejriwal is leading in this race and much ahead of sonia, nitish, lalu, mulayam, Azam khan and owassi. Kejriwal is so popular in pakistan that if allowed to contest election in pakistan, noone can stop him from becoming PM of pakistan.
Now clearly Mamta, Nitish (with Lalu), Akhilesh and Kejriwal are joining hands to defeat Modi let's see how these AAPTards keep supporting Kejriwal. Obviously all those names are full of corruption (baring Nitish), so at-least AAPTards shouldn't say they are supporting Kejri because of his anti-corruption stand. Or may be they are AAPTard, they can still say so!

Again the dramebaaz has brought LG and Modi into the blame game, that too when Modi is out for a significant 5 nations tour.
He is such a great timer!
When most of his past allegations proven wrong horrifically, there is no point in believing any on what he says. Just enjoy!

Hey hey....3 years back, Mr. Arvind Kejriwal was making Sheel Dixit (then CM of Delhi) responsible for Law & Order at Delhi despite she was calming that Police is under central government. But Mr. Kejriwal refused her claim & continue his protests against Delhi CM for poor law & order.
Now as he is CM, he is alleging LG & Indian PM....! What happened to 15 lacks CCTV Camera, Home Guard at each street, etc.
