I would put it a little differently than chandresh and say within a type of work like odd, temp jobs, blacks and euros should be given the heavy type and asians other more easier ones. This is not generalization. That would me saying ALL of them should be given heavy work or ALL blacks should be given this type of work or that they really shouldnt be doing anything else but this. Maybe We should remove th words "blacks" and "Euros". You would still be left with "people with good physique shou be doing this or that".
I would also go further and pay them more.
If you do physical work properly and in time, I give you $ 15 / hr, else I give you 12 / hr.
This would also promote competetion among all types of people. With the ones really capable winning out. A fair system.
I would change:
'from each according to his capacity and to each according to his needs".
to
'from each according to his capacity and to each according to his work".

if youre trying to bulk up...pump up the weights...go easy on carbs(white rice/bread=bad)...and theres only a certain amount of protein the body can absorb at a sitting...so divvy up your meals
On the other hand if you're trying to look like shaq...try to apply the above to your kids and grandkids. As for you...tough luck.

Well, since I know Chandresh personally, I know that he didn't mean this in any derogatory fashion. And yeah, this form of thinking does seem to make life easier, does it not? IMHO, it only addresses the immediate needs yet creates grave problems in the long run.
Can't help but think that the caste system in India probably started out as a "great idea" to distribute work evenly. It probably worked ok for a generation or two too.

So NBA, and boxing is ruled by blacks- though Mike justed got whupped by an Irish guy.
In general, more blacks turn rappers, but the one who rules is a white- Eminem- or is it because the award givers are whites? But there are also Punjabi rappers....
So if blacks in general are better built for sports- how come there are hardly any bigtimers in baseball,tennis, soccer, volleyball, "criquet" ?
"Criquet" once upon a time had the West Indies who ruled but now?
And then what about Canada's great game "Hockey" - anybody remember that? I know, I know, what the hell is Hockey? Got plenty of Canadians saying that now in jest as they were robbed of a full season.No big name blacks there?
Maybe someday, the blacks will get the light, and they'll rule in all the sports.
Maybe someday the Indians (not the Mohawk, Apache types) will rule the world..... maybe it'll be the Pakistanis and then again maybe the Chinese... qui sait?
