If you have completed 1095 days of physical presence before applying for the citizenship, then 137 days absence will have no affect on the processing time.

File transfere to Mississauag office - March 31st 2009
Still waiting....

Out of station for 3 weeks. Advised the same to CIC agent last month

Called CIC agent today and they advised that still in process and call back by end of NOV if i don't hear from local office.

Long waiting.....

File transferred to local office - November 2008
Received letter to appear for written test - August 2009
Date of written test - September 2009

Its almost a year since the file was transferred to your local office. What are they saying about the delay? Is anything pending at your end i.e., documents, etc.?
