I don't see anyone who gave test in Mississauga around Sept, 08 and have got the Oath.

Now, i am not happy with CIC.

My application received on August 1st 2008.

When i called Call Centre on Oct 31st, they advised me that they have sent my acknowledgement letter dated August 22nd.

But, still i haven't received it.

But, nothing can be done, ... except waiting....

goud, hang in there. As long as our cases are moving at a proper speed, it is fine. I will say we will take the test in February together so no worries.

CIC asked me for fingerprinting (before you jump on any conclusions, I must tell you that strangely there's another guy in Canada with the same name and date of birth, who's got the criminal record) after I submitted my application for Citizenship and received the acknowledgement. I submitted my fingerprints results in September to CIC.

Does someone know when they could send the test date after receiving/verifying fingerprints, etc.? How long do I need to wait now? Any idea on the approximate timeline, or has anyone else gone through the same ordeal? I called CIC and they couldn't give me an approx. timeline.
