As per the guideline given in OP perhaps the answer is yes. because
President Musharraf may not have slovanian mother and white spouse.
He is not working with nasa and not as selfish as Sunita to achieve personal goals.
He is not as fame hungry as Sunita
There will be not smart Gujju's pray for him
May be visited India more then Sunita.
May be Nasir Hussain may have something common with him, so it can be OK as per OP.

What has Sunita Williams done for India ?? For that reason what have all the people who settle abroad do for India ?? I am sorry for being tactless ... but if you are able to do something for your country to show that you care ... it means .... rest anything is meaningless .
LN Mittal is a respected Indian ... I am sure all European countries including the UK would have invited him to become their citizen but he must have had emotional reason to still retain Indian Passport and be called an Indian .
What I find ironical is that a person has forsaken you , and still you continue to run after him / her .... which I presume the OP meant 'leaving all dignity behind' .
One big reality from my view - those who have left India for greener pastures have deserted the country and whatever is their personal achievement is on personal grounds. They left the county for their own good and vested motives . On the contrary there have been lots of Indians who have returned and are still returning from abroad because its them whom the culture and the country beckons . Dr Naresh Trehan and countless other professionals are more Indian than Sunita Williams and deserve more respect.
My question still remains - Is Sunita Williams and American or an Indian - if she is an American then why are Indians going gaga over her ??? Did she go on the space mission for India or the US ..... Will she return back to India ?? - What has she done for India ??? ... nothing ...NO she would continue to stay in the US as she is an American and thats the truth ..... whether we accept it or ignore it .

I do not care whether you are right or wrong in your opinion. But stop saying 'Gujjus'. Just say Indians. Why do you want to go further down and blame 'Gujjus' Some one may even go one step down and 'Amdavadis'. You know what I mean. So please refrain from blaming one community. And go on with the bashing using the word 'Indians'. I hope you understand.

Understand the situation before launching into a melodramatic mummble ...... she never forsaked anything. ....... she is an American .... who is of Indian origin .... you like it or not, that is a fact ....... Indian government is going out of its way to re-connect with people of Indian origin all over the world .... every one is talking of this vast resource of talent and goodwill India has all over the world ..... but you think otherwise.
Look at China's growth .... a major driving force has been the Chinese dispora all over the world. ...... they dont go around asking these people for birth certificates and " blood" samples
As for her no one is running after her ..... no one from Gujrat went to American to call her ..... her visit was organised by National Federation of Indian-American Associations (NFIAA), a Washington-based organisation. She has been given a warm welcome .... gujju style ...... over the top and full of vigour.... you dont like it .... doesnt matter , you are not invited to the party
Also she is currently in India to participate in the 58th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) in Hyderabad .... an event organised by ISRO....

Personal achievements and personal goals are always associated with the achievement of nation as well as with the all component of environment in which the person has relations, otherwise Sania or V Mittal or any other wouldn’t have contributed to India.
Sunita has relations with her ancestral village. She visited there and there were about 200-300 people attended ceremony in her village. Even on airport there were about dozen official staff to receive her and dozen of paternal relatives who still live in India. Out of population of 1000 million these figures are not so substantial that anybody can claim that people started gaga over her falling at her feet. Definitely she got an honour as a guest because of her personal achievements and her paternal relatives and villagers of her ancestral village still feel proud for her which is obvious.
My point is why we are so critical about her or people who respect her. If you don’t feel don’t do it. There is nothing like loosing dignity by doing so. Yes definitely people lose dignity while they worship corrupt politicians and so called celebrities who always care for publicity and money.
Here many people criticize her just for the habit of criticizing or may be possessiveness of being Indian or any inferiority complex or jealousy or for criticizing a specific community. Definitely this is not a verson of my Indian heritage.
I don't know why, but Gujaraties forgot to praise one actor called "Krishna Bhanji"
