MMS has been a mute witness and many times given a pat to peple like Quattrochi, Raja and Kalmadi. He should have reined them in or should have quitl He did neither.
Regarding Chidamabaram, it is a pity how far politicians like him have to go to provide jobs for their children. In the recently concluded "plenary" session of the Congress (whatever that means) he was seen saying that when he listened to Rahul Gandhi's speech closing his eyes, he could hear strains of Rajiv Ganhi's voice. Close your eyes and listen to Mr. PC's speech, we could hear strains of his lament for a post for his son from under the debris of Congress' Bihar debacle. Mr. PC by birth is said to belong to a very rich Chettiar family and must not worry about the livelihood for his grandson. After entering politics, he need not worry about his grandson's grandson. Why he should he go to such great lengths to fetch a job for his son. Should we call it the typical politician greed.
About the "plenary" session, we had the stage on which all the Congress"leaders" like MMS, PC, Kapil Sibal, sitting along with Sonia family. The backdrop was big 70mm screen with the paintings of all the great Congress freedom fighters like Gandhiji, Nehru, Patel etc. Why these "leaders" could not reflect that non of the other descendents are no where to be seen while one family alone seems to have a python's stranglehold on the party and the nation. Or are they mere humanoids programmed to do household chores for the Sonia family.

I have received lot of flack in past from followers of MMS but I could not resist writing this. Indian stock market is crashing on daily basis and “net worth” of ordinary Indian is fast depleting. High inflation in India is scaring FII and the Indian growth story prospects are dimming. MMS and Sonia has mismanaged the economy. In their zeal to garner votes, the amount spent on “social programs” like NREGS etc. is so HUGE that it has fuelled inflation to a very high level and made life of ordinary Indian miserable. The Govt sponsored schemes are sham and money goes directly in pocket of Kangress workers/politicians and bureaucrats. In their effort to maximize their personal gain, they sold off the PSU shares and let the foreign countries including China to loot the wealth of nation. Now chickens are coming to roost. However, Sonia knows that public memory is short and may be by next election, they would be able to please enough morons to vote for them. MMS/Sonia combination would go down the history as most corrupt but most savvy team of politicians.


Another scam of "honest and clean" PM. Lost revenue 200000 Crores. How much would be Sonia/MMS share?

Interesting interview by Arun Shourie. I have very high regard for Shourie. His father was a dedicated champion of consumer rights in India and Arun shourie has single handed exposed corruption. He is the guy who challenged Bhidranwale for debate ( which was never accepted), challenged Indira during emergency and now has exposed MMS. Interestingly he has exposed Sushma Swaraj and Jaitley also. This makes imperative for the nation to look to Narendra Modi as the ONLY choice left for PM's position.
