Rest other things may be meaningless as they would be company policy based ... Try asking for an extra vacation week as well as paid parking spot .. I would ask for flexible working hours as well as I prefer to work 10 to 6 in stead of 9 - 5 and discussing this up front clarifies the schedule expectation .....
But from 67K in US to 150K in Vancouver ... is amazing .( Usually its the other way round) ..... all the best !!

The question was what things are normally part of the package, I think it is a good idea to enquire about these things to understand the offer in and out, even if they are simply part of company policy.
Secondly, there are some things like health coverage that are cut and dry per company policy. A LOT of other things are negotiable (stock award, bonus, cell-internet reimbursement, parking, relocation etc etc.), especially at a salary band like this. You'd be surprised how much "flexibility" HR has if they really want you on board.
I'll agree generally though that you're getting a big bump in salary from your current position, so not advisable to make any of these sticking points.

Are you there?
Beware! It could be a scam..

Tourist,
What kind of scam would it be?
Even if the poster was just asking a fake questions, we got some pretty good answers what people in IT generally receive as facilities and their negotiating power (like benefits, flex hours, increase in vacation time etc..).
Overall very good thread.
