Consider that when a fit person find it difficult to walk , how difficult it would be for a disabled to walk from far off parking.

Mr. Mcguinty would love your idea as he needs a lot of money nowadays. I think he will consider you for the post of Minister of transportation

All I require is one bloody slot in disabled parking to park my car and that is mostly occupied by healthy people driving car. So mant times I have seen these people come , park, jump out of car to buy pizza or ATM. I am disabled ( no leg) and can not walk properly. Walking is a punishment for me and everyday I am made to walk by people who park their cars in disabled parking. The police dont do much in private parking, they are only focused on public parking. So, rather then cribbing everyday I am going to write to PM.
I paid 3 parking tickets in last 1 year. First one at my apartment's visitor parking lot. I left the car overnight and got a ticket. I didn't feel much because I left the car whole night. But other tickets felt like a pain. Its in Byward market ottawa and downtown toronto. I am just 5 min late after expiry. 30$ for 5 min late is irritating.. 450$ is quite disturbing.. Sorry to hear that.
Dude,
As per your previous posts, you have been in your 30s and you have been in Canada for atleast 5 years.. and you recently got your G license. In all this proves that you are a 'slow mo'. Accept the fact and live with it. Stop making stupid (hilarious) excuses about eye glasses.
Either pay the fine or shun your recently got license.. simple.

Folks ,
I seem to have received the parking ticket jackpot ..... $450/- for parking in a Disabled Loading / Unloading Area !!
Was in Down Town ..College / Spadina ... one of my glasses from my eyeglasses came off .... and I thought it safest to park and get them done ... I found a parking spot , parked and put a parking receipt on the dashboard as well ....
When I returned , I found the parking ticket for $450/- .... There was no sign on the road as they have in malls / parking lot and the Parking sign overhead said 'Disabled Loading / Unloading ' ........ there were other cars also parked in front and behind and it appeared that this was the only ' disabled loading / unloading ' spot ..
Now what do I do after applying for an appeal .??? ... I was not aware that it was a Disabled Loading / Unloading area and for two , I was myself disabled temporarily at that time ...
Learnt that the fine for the this increased from $150 to $450 in 2008 only ...
Appreciate suggestions & advice as always ...
