Here's another thought - get tested for food intolerances, especially gluten and casein intolerance.
A stool IgA test is best for this purpose.
A lot of the time body metabolism is slow because of food intolerances.
It also creates all kinds of other physical and emotional problems, which most people are not able to relate to food.

Thanks for the info.. My current work schedule does not permit me to attend or enrol in this free program.
On a sidenote : We are having a common pizza lunch at our office tomorrow and i am wondering how i can restrict eating Pizza tomorrow. One of the girls in our office had threatened our boss to sue him for making us work for long hours without any overtime and he has agreed to give us 1:1 overtime after 44 hours. But he still wants us to work 72 hours a week. The Pizza lunch is to discuss the new rules and sign an agreement that we accept it.

Eat things that you like. Restrict the quantity though. Also try & cut down on things like butter, ghee, oil, etc. Instead of white bread, eat brown bread.

You can eat weight watchers Pizza {Pizza without cheese is available...}it wont taste that good thought but still you will have the satisfaction of eating one without gaining much calories ...I ve done that before...
