Guys !!

Enough is enough. The language being used on this thread is getting disgusting to say the least.

You may have a large vocabulary of abuses in your head , but it doesnt mean you expose the state of your mind for the world to see. Take it offline if you really have to continue on this.

Please maintain civility, and use your civic sense to maintain decorum.

I haven't responded to this jerk's posts in a long long time. I have also avoided getting into discussions on +ve vs -ve attitudes for quite a while.

sthiru was yelling at everybody asking them to GO BACK and acting prudish at use of words like "shitty" and whatever. I asked him some pointed questions, and without any invitation or provocation this pile of feces comes in and starts shitting and farting in the thread!!

He has done it on earlier occassions and I have steered myself clear of his tripe.

And as I said, I would have ignored the schmuck this time too. I even asked BL on PM to reign in this jackass.

Only because he agrees with your views and ideas or that he knows you personally and I don't, does not mean that you start favouring him.

If there is something you want to do, get him a new flea collar.

you seem to have a great understanding and preoccupation with animal and human waste.

You cannot take it like you can dish it can you you poor old and lonely washout. Just because you cannot get ahead personally or careerwise, and have come to the realisation that you cannot move ahead, does not mean you have to ridicule everyones who writes in the success column or write about the same. Maybe a +ve attitude would help. Or just resign yourself to being a washout...and continue being 'successfully unhappy'. First of all, I AM NOT GOING TO TOLERATE FOUL LANGUAGE ON THIS SITE!! YOU THINK THIS IS A VIOLATION OF YOUR RIGHTS??? I DON'T CARE!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF THOSE ARE THE ONLY WORDS THAT COME OUT OF YOUR MOUTH!

WORDS LIKE M*F* AND T**T ARE STRICTLY OFF LIMITS ON THIS SITE!! I'm not kidding around, anybody who uses this again or gives me a wiseass reply to this is off this site!

And DTC, you sent me a PM this morning! Did you give me any freaking time to act on it?? I DO NOT HAVE AS MUCH TIME AS YOU DO, IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD ME AT LEAST 12 HOURS TO ACT ON YOUR COMPLAINT, I CAN'T HELP YOU. AND THAT DOES NOT GIVE YOU A RIGHT TO LAUNCH YOUR TIRADE!! Besides, do you want me to pull up all the threads where you've insulted people without any provocation?

Let's all agree not to make peronsal attacks. And I mean all of us including me, Jake, DTC and whoever else. I will monitor this very closely henceforth.

Also, let me make a couple of things CRYSTAL CLEAR

1) I will ban without warning ANY members who use profanity on this site. The F word in ANY form (with or without asterixes) IS NOT TO BE USED!!! I've been allowing some other words oft and on, but some members are using this WAY TOO OFTEN! If you can't mind your language, please take your over-bloated egos out of here, nobody needs you.

2) If anybody makes fun of moderators for pointing something out, that's grounds for immediate banning as well. Moderators are not right all the time and you have every right to complain, however making fun of or making sarcastic remarks on mods is not allowed.

Now let's all of end this nonsense right here!
