perhaps you are more interested in increasing numbers of your posts which incidentally has crossed those of moderators.

I started this discussion, in the hope that it will be a forum for exchange of views, debate. I was hoping that we would exchange ideas that would perhaps help those already here and those who are about to immigrate to Canada. I have got a sizeable number of pms and I have replied to as many as possible. I have received numerous emails from like minded desis who share my views.
I do have my regrets about initiating this thread. It has got too personal to the level that "the pleasantries" that are exchanged have nothing to do with what I wanted to convey. I said earlier, and I repeat it - (this is not directed at any individual). The unbeliever, pessimist and those who give up too easily will never agree with me. I take no issue with them because in their mind I am one of the "lucky ones". I will take no pain to change their perception. To someone who wants to condemn me, heap abuses on me (simply because he isn't a "do-er", I have nothing but sympathy, prayers and hope that someday they will make it.
To those who say that I just go about "blah-blah-blah", I have nothing to say because it's not the person who speaks, but his cynisism, his lack of faith in himself and in this country. Yes, we can all disagree, but with civility in our response. We can disagree without getting personal, can't we ?
I am proud to be a Canadian in every sense of the term. This is a great country. As for me, I am self-made, came with little money when I landed here. Succcess for me is focus, innovation, perseverence, and the "just do it" attitude. I have never believed in "get rich quick" schemes and it's my faith in this country and myself that has brought me peace, success and the opportunity to share it with many here.
I read in a book that "que sera sera" is a wonderful song, but a lousy philosphy. That is one of the truths I agree with.
For those who sent me messages lauding my faith in the system, my postive attitude, I say a big "thank you". I am sure you are among the countless Desis who have made it big. May your tribe increase!

if I remember correctly this is his third post which has got into "unpleasantries' and it was with the same intent.
