Sorry! You've got it wrong. Any unauthorised use of work is also an infringement. I certainly have not given you any permission to use it. Even a charitable institution cannot use it/reproduce it etc without asking me.

Now about the link...i do not give you permission to do that either...and you have been notified to take that off too. You see someone might copy the work from the link you have made public(without my permission). You do not have any permission to distribute or exhibit it. It may even burden my server resulting in increased traffic(which I may not want and have to pay for).

Look at my profile and the link leads to some of my artwork. No secrets there. Its ok to reproduce(if you have my permission)

p.s: If one uses the 'illegal' (which DTC has posted) link then those stats are collected on my site server too. I can see exactly what traffic is generated using a specific link from a post on CD. Very useful

BTW it should be interesting to see if DTC continues with the link or other forms of illegal distribution.

. He has been denied permission and he is now aware that what he is doing is not legal. I only hope he is not using his employers resources for his illegal activity...which would make it worse.

. Just have to find who from winnipeg/manitoba(was it?) has been spending time on my site yesterday around the time of the debate...thats right I get hourly stats too...peachy!!!.
