U r being a little harsh here. All that Janmeja was doing is trying to give some support - imagine if he had said -"good for u guys - this waiting period is the best part in the whole process. U r really lucky to have such a long waiting period - ours was just 2 years. So enjoy it ! Put your life on hold and remain focused and maybe u just might make land here after a decade".

Agreed we all r a bit frustrated here with this never ending immigration process but there is no reason to be bitter ...



well i dont believe in this...whoever applies for immigration knows the pros and cons ....even a kid knows that there would be a struggle in a new country, new culture...well everything new there.....so what is the need in reminding all that.....in india no one offers us anything in a plate....struggle is here too....what is new in that? im ready to face the struggle....every individual has its own reason to migrate....and im ready to struggle in canada.....and i like to avoid pessimistic people here who offers advices ....off course they are free.....i take life positively.....whats wrong in that ....

I completely agree with u when u say that one shud be ready for the struggle ahead. If u read my previous posts on the topic - even I have said the same thing. But saying that whoever applies for immigration knows the pros and cons is not necessarily true for most people who apply thinking that they wud not have to struggle in Canada. There r many who feel that once they land, they wud find a job and then everything wud be fine. They r not willing to upgrade their skills, improve upon their english or interact with the local population. U must have seen msgs where some of them have returned to India and others want to return but can't due to the embarrassment ! So obviously these guys have either not done their research or have been oblivious about the pros and cons. I am sure most of them wud have wanted others to warn them before they took the decision.
