Ok, let's keep the obvious at bay. Don't buy these boxes if your purpose is to watch Hindi channels:

1. Apple tv
2. Roku
3. NetGear
4. Or, any other known device that are available at Best Buy or similar named stores.

Now, your choice drills down to Jadoo or Satellite dish. Among the two, I would recommend you go for the OTA Satellite. I have a cousin in GTA that has it installed and working great for the last 4-5 years.

Jadoo is hit or miss.

To sum up, you don't have many choices unfortunately. Been there done that. I have 3-4 biting the dust in some corner of the house. The better 'uninterrupted' option and the one that is most user friendly is to get the channel subscribed from the local Cable wala. It's all about hte peace of mind at the end of the day.

The thing about IPTVs and these boxes is that you are never going to get everything that you wanted. Then, once the firmware (software) changes, you may/not lose some channels. The programming is not Live, and often only the crappy channels are added to these boxes that you will never intend to watch.

As much as I hate cable, this is the only viable choice we have for now in order to watch the uninterrupted Indian channels.

If you have roku box, then try < links removed > . I have been using ther service for about a month and they provide good service. They are currently offers 2 days free trial.

is anybody in forum have first hand experience with M8S Android IPTV XBMC Android 4.4 4K Smart TV BOX or MAG 254 IPTV/OTT Set-Top-Box?

Still confused where to go i.e. M8S or MAG 254?

to set up with local provider he is going to charge $80 for 6 months for IPTV services. Person told me that I am going to get all Canadian, HINDI, English, PPV channels.... is it true?
