can anyone send me contacts. we want to install new connection for indian channels. our apt. is facing north and r located on keel-finch-call 6478322369

Your dish has to be pointing towards South-East to get all the Indian Channels. Although pointing it to South-West will give you some Indian Channels (along with the English ones)

In case of South-West, which of the following will not be available? Any idea..

Star, Sony, Zee

Also curious if there is any way to catch Indian channels if the dish is facing North (E or W) side.

Currently I don't have any dish. We have Rogers bundle included in rental packege which doesn't have any Indian channels. I am planing to install a dish.

What kind of Dish should I go for?

Inputs from all are welcome.

I Suggest to go to some online community and Read & Read. I know some & I am learning some. I am in no position to recommend as I am not a Tester. I surely can say that Ariza is not the one to go for. And if you can, I would suggest you to wait ... Its been Roller Coster ride lately - more on Down Side. I am not a TV freak, I do get locals & catoons - which is good enough.

BTW, I have ViewsatPRO - which works just fine. next in line will be HD Receiver, haven't decided as yet on brand.

Either Viewsat or Sonicview. Lately Sonicview fixes are out before Viewsat fixes, albeit by a few hours.
