As for Mother Teresa she is all fine and all good until she brings up her Catholic statements "..Dont perform an abortion...give it to us, we will raise it"... (with no offence meant to any anti-abortion believers) !
Of cos dollars will help eradicate leprosy and also give enough fodder for the "False prophets"...Behold! He has been cured of his leprosy...time to convert 
(Lil wonder Jayalalitha had that ordinance abt religious conversions !)

jayalalita madam reversed her much-hyped conversion bill :Pregarding the conversions of mother.. still i ask show me one religious guru in 1 billion indian population who are ready to take up service atleast by the name of their religion.. dont have to go to foreign country.. atleast in their mother land india!
if someone is converting to another religion, and if someone is making anyone to convert by means of money or comfort.. who should be ashamed most? is it the persons who are converting them or the persons who are making their lives miserable and make them take a decision to convert??
i am a hindu. for me, my religion is something personal. if someone in my neighbourhood is converting because they think they can get a better life by starting to pray a new god, i have no problem with it. its his life. if he thinks, free money can save his life.. it is his stupidity! i am not going to give him any. if someone is thinking that by giving money they can make my neighbour believe in a new faith.. i laugh .. because for me.. faith should be something that should come from heart not from notes!
if ambedkar propagated conversions, it is because of the sad state of dalits which is a direct result of upper caste atrocities. why dont all those who fear these conversions start a sevice and try win those people back?

Tch Tch Tch..Ambedkar was a special case and I support his cause whole heartedly.. Put it plainly..He was a visionary.. A real pity his teachings have been misused by the so called "reservationists" for their own selfish use.
Jake of cos I am a racist bigot against :-
a.) Jihadis and ppl who support Jihadis
b.) The Jerry Fallwell's Pat Robertson's and other Evangelists (before u suggest anything else... I am a product of a Baptist Missionary school..and am relatively well off with the Gospels (whatever that may mean))
c.) Against the Catholic faith that allows Paedophile priests in their fold and then try to hush them up !
d.) Against Hindu priests who follow the caste system in toto even till today and preach those superstitious beliefs
e.) Against ppl who discriminate ppl based on their color !
f.) and of cos ppl back home who are spinless and gutless when they start pointing revolvers at their forheads when a "FOREIGNER" refuses an elected position !

As for mother Teresa..It would have been great had she tried to perform her tasks without bringing her religion in between ! In short her service was "Catholic service" and not just plain "service"..
I like China in this regard... She would have never been able to survive in China (and trust me China has similar conditions amongst its poor). Even today, China does not accord any recognition to the Pope !!

If all of you have looked in the real fact. BJP has still been THE chosen party. It has stood highest on vote share. Its a pitty that they were not elected. At the same time its good also. Why? This time when they sit in the opposition and watch the ball rolling they will have the say in the next election, i hope which will not occur before time.
I am a pro BJP. And I am proud of what they are.
If you all look back, 45 years of Congress ruling.
Mr. Nehru was great leader, he sat India on right path. Which was then highly required. In the Indira era that path was suppose to be turned in to globalisation.....which smart Indira didn't do it. for all obvious reason. Neither I have time to write it nor will I be able to compile here.
Our Mr. Smily who started the globalisation has been forgotten. every credit given to Mr. Singh. without Mr. Narsimha Rao's permission India wouldn't have started on this path. But does Congress wants to promote him. They never did, not now even last time.
Vote bank is the general public..........general public like gimmics played by Govinda and not work done by Mr. Ram Naik. General public like to see happy ending not hard working start.
45 years of mess, I would say 25years of mess cant be undone in 6 years of working.
Then people who are literate, they take holiday to hill station on voting day when it is required to be standing in line and casting votes.
ask yourselves, how many times when you were in india and had the "choice" of voting you took off doing something else.........people say not interested in politics...........then why blame any government. Its not your job then why take great interest in it. Thats how we think about election but we take pride in chats in blaming ones failure.
How many of you sent an email to your relatives, friends for casting vote. its our participation sitting outside India.
Its a mistake of also our election commission of setting election days on Monday allowing people to take advantage of it. They, commission, are not ready for heavy voting. Again Election commission should allow NRI's to caste vote. Then see the difference.
because you in your heart know who runs government for running India or running dynasty.
Mr. Vajpayee or no Mr. Vajpayee...........BJP will continue with new leaders..........not by fighting for top seat........THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL not only in politics but also in SERVING THE NATION.
CASTE YOUR VOTE AND OR ATLEAST REMIND OTHERS TO CASTE THEIR VOTES. THEN ONLY TAKE PART IN ANY FORUM LIKE THIS.

You know the funny thing about being a bigot is that they actually mirror the negatives of those they claim to be against. There is another gentleman on this forum who claims to be against racism(i think he even has it in his signature) who is a much clearer example(as of now...but I must say you are getting pretty close) of what I am talking about.
Whatever you or I say about Mother Teresa...she has done more for the people in India than you or I can ever hope to

e.g: The jingoistic bible thumping republicans...America for Americans! They are totally against affirmative action. Think the country should be more Christian in values(btw they are also pro-life/anti-abortion) etc etc
Whats more is that these same very folk come to places like Canada and do their best to keep the conservatives in out of power. Guess it takes one to recognise one. Whats good for the goose is not always good for the gander!
And I find it sad that China does not have a Mother Teresa. I think the world could use more people like her. Let me know when you have done half of what she has done for the destitute people of YOUR country and we'll still call it quits.
