Charles,
If you wait, you might never be able to go back.
As I have decided, I will pay off the money I have borrowed from the bank & my friend & then save money for 4 tickets for my family & go back next year.
I will still end up losing around 4-5 lac rupees. But might end up being more happy in India. Even considering that I will earn 10 to 15 thousand rupees a month initially, I will still be able to lead a better life than what I am doing right now. More importantly children will be able to play freely & study better.
Thanks & regards.
Rajan.

Yes guys, those who want to go, don't wait, as Rajan says whatever you will be making in India but at least its our country, we will manage to live & we definately would be happy.
We are leaving next year, even though financially have comfortable life here, no mental peace & can't stand the teens life, have a son who is gonna be entering teens soon. Most importantly he has agreed to go.

Thanks rajand. I totally understand what you mean. Unfortunately, when there is no support altogether, and debts are high, it's quite difficult. The good thing is after 3-4 yrs I have a IT job again. slowly my debts have started coming down in the last 5 mths. I am looking for another 1.5 yrs to pay the rest off. just want to have enough to start life again in India. As u said, having 15-20 K job in India, but it'll be where I grew up and with my friends. So hopefully in 2 yrs i'll be out. I am counting days the day I can be out of this place.
For Crenshaw. Pls. note "2 yrs". Mark it on ur calendar. Hopefully I won't disappoint you by it being 2 yrs and 1 day.
I like several things about Canada which I list below. Please note that the order in which I write is random and not specific
1.The world famous politeness of Canadian. Even when they say “no”, they say very politely and in a manner that does not make you feel dejected. I have experienced this several times while appearing for job interview. I have not been successful in getting job, but they always told me how good I am but over qualified or that I have great skills except the one they are looking for. I have never felt dejected for not getting the job and at the end of five years in Canada I feel that I am one of the best qualified people and getting job is a matter of time only. I have not lost the hope. This is the most I like about Canada.
2. Canada’s concern for road safety is exemplary. I got my G1 license after six attempts and 18 months after I first gave test! They would not allow even a slightest mistake. The result of this policy is that Canada has worlds lowest per vehicle accident rate and hence insurance premium for drivers are lowest in the world.
3. I truly value Canada’s sense of equality. Irrespective of one’s financial status, we all pay same GST and PST. No discrimination. That is true Canadian value.
4. I like Canada’s fierce sense of pride and highest respect for Canadian qualification and experience. Whatever your credentials may be, unless these are from Canada , they have no value. Canadian universities are modern Nalanda and Takshashila, the best in the world. Every thing else is crap.
5. Canada’s unflinching quest for racial equality. Every year employers are reqired to file a form and declaration that there is no racial discrimination in pay or employment opportunities.
6.I like Canada’s free medical care. (Though, a guy told me that it is not free. He told me my federal tax on T4 includes health tax but then I do not believe this kind of negative thinking guys. I better believe Crenshaw, Duncan and other positive thginkers that it is free) and that I don’t pay for even drugs.)
Well the list is too long to include here. In short I am extremely happy about many things in Canada.
Today?
It looks like a gorgeous Saturday...I can see downtown rising through the fog like a city in the clouds...green trees leading up all the way to downtown, green still but the orange and fiery red are just around the corner.
I also like the fact that a desi friend of mine could afford to buy a boat here after about 10 years in Canada. He also bought a cottage up north.
Took us out for a ride on Lake Ontario and it was fabulous...we went upto downtown, docked, walked around and then came back. Most of the lakeside parks have ramps to lower your boat and I love the fact that things are so well laid out that without much experience, we could manage everything ourselves. At least for the most part. There was one point where we needed help and a couple of (obviously experienced) guys around us didn't even wait for us to ask, just came by and helped.
Canadians truly are some of the most wonderful people I've met...
