i m in india having pr card.i m expecting a baby.what will be the immigration process for the baby born in india.

ADDING NEW BORNS ( BORN OUTSIDE CANADA / BORN OVERSEAS TO PARENTS HAVING A PR STATUS OR LANDING DONE

ITS BEEN OBSERVED THAT ADDING A NEW BORN ONCE THE PARENT HAVE THE PR STATUS IS QUIET DIFFICULT, AT TIMES U PRESUME THAT U R IN A HELPLESS SITUATION, COZ UNFORTUNATELY THE OFFICERS FOLLOW THE RULES RATHER THAN HAVING COMPASSIONATE EYE ON YOUR INFANTS FATE..ANYWAY HERE ARE THE LINKS THAT ADDRESS THE SITUATION IN A BETTER WAY AND TO LET U DECIDE WHAT TO DO.


Now the situation with one of my friends is...he wants to avoid all this hastle of applying for VV ( visit visa) and TRP ( temp resd. permit)..so he asked..if the baby is born after medicals but outside canada...before the meidcals+Visa expire..and he than wants to go for landing, how he add the baby..thru london office where he applied..and he has to pass thru all the same procedure what he has done for his own file or aplly for a VV or TRP ( minister permit) in local saudi arabia-canadian commision ..??/?..how can he get the VISA for his child..to take him along?
plz suggest

( this approach tells that he must land now..before the delivery ) co me back and have baby here and after 2/5 PR card option is about to expire he should seek a TRP for his KID?? if my undertanding is wrong kindly suggest.!!
