Hi to everyone!!!!!!

No Updates from Buffallo Immigrations office????

Do any one else have same situation as me........done with medicals since July 2004 and no reply after that..............wats going on.......no Updates of files and Immigrations sites???????

Anyone in the same boat pls contact yaar..............

do any one knows how long it will take after medicals from Buffallo......

Appriciate any replies.......

I did my medicals in the same time frame and have recieved a letter for submitting ROLF by Dec 15th, it was sent out on nov15th, I was away to india hence got delayed..but thats the update which i got and i applied from Buff center as well.

hi ashish.... thanx for replying me..

how come it took 1 month to come to you ...

so did they ask u for submitting ur Passport too or not yet...
actually i sent my ROLF when i submit my medicals only....but i didnt heard anything till the date.....

anyways.....lets see when we gona be PR.... wat status do u have here in canada....wat u doing...can u pls give me ur contact no...so that i can call u up....

Sandeep, I am from US, i have a h1 visa ..At this time i am keeping my options open, I didnt submit ROLF along witrh medicals, i wasnt asked to do it at that time, they wanted FBI fingerprints again hence took long time. I was away at India just returned back hence missed this letter for ROLF.

hi Ashish & Sandipshah:

I would like to share my timeline with you, here it is:

I got my acknowledgement on Apr 13th 04

Then got my interview waiver / request for medicals letter on Nov 20th 04(do note that they have requested for my Indian PCC and FBI along with updated bank statements)

I got my medicals done Dec 14th.

I am waiting to get my FBI fingerprints and Indian PCC. Once I send those, I guess I will have something lined up. But I don't have an idea as to what may happen after that. Does it take that long after medicals? Man, that's too much time. BTW, I have submitted my ROLF along with my application.

Hi,

I forgot to add this: let me know when you get your request for passport. I would like to follow your timeline.

I am still wondering why would it take such a long time to process the medicals? Was there any problem? Did you attempt faxing your query to Buffalo?

I was told all this takes usually 1-2 months and then we get the request for sending the passport.

Even I am on a H1B but I would like to start a course in Canada and get going with my plans which is why I need to get there. At this point I don't want to travel to India as my H1B will need renewal in Apr-May. So I want to wait for the Canadian PR.

Any thoughts??

like you, i have yet to receive my pp request letter. i applied in cic-buffalo in july 2003. my interview was waived. i finished my medical and submitted all the requested documents. it's frustrating because i don't know what's happening with my application.

if you guys have the same timeline as mine, i'll appreciate any updates from you.
