hi every one........

m in trouble pls guide me wat to do.......

I applied for Immigrations from Buffallo in November 2003 and got my medicals In July 2004....its already 5 months that i m done with medicals and no reply yet form Buffallo office.......

When i applied for Immigration i was on Work permit and any how i was not able to extend my work permit so i tried to change my status from work permit to student permit but CPC refuse my study permit........i dont know wat to do now???????

M in big trouble that my status will be out soon as 90 days gona ended soon and i didnt here any thing for my PR file too.......

If i have to go back to india then will it affect my Immigrations which is in final phase of processing.......someone suggest me to apply for restoration as in visitor....will that trick will work out and if not wat i suppose to do........

Pls guide me......

Hey guys, in any case you wont be able to extent workpermit (If it is Post Grad Work Permit) on the other hand you can always apply for Visitor extenstion, each extenstion is valid for 6 months you may get upto 3-4 extenstion thats like 2 years dude, so dont worry and apply for your visitor extenstion.
