Hello CD's.

Needs advice.......Do i have to submit our Canadian passport now at Brampton VFS ofice for for "U" visa stamp or wait until it shows status recieved at Toronto.

Call VFS no and did not received proper answer from them.

this is online status shows for OCI...

Documents Received at TORONTO NOT YET

Any feedback would be much apereciated.

VFS - Brampton always crowded, but yes compare to weekend weekdays have less people.

if you are able to manage than Try to reach at aroud 7.45 a.m at VFS office so your no. will be in first 10 people.

Hi All,

I applied for OCI from Montreal BLS and I got acknowledgement number on dated April 1 2014 and same day my status was sawing "Document printing status >>> UNDER PROCESS. I didn't see any scan/signature scanned process neither document send to consulate and /or HCI India. So what I will see next status?

I have read a number of posts on this but am still not clear which original document is returned when.

I get the part where you take all the originals and photocopies etc. and go to VFS.

On that first day, what documents do they return and what do they keep. I keep seeing posts where it says Canadian passport was returned and then had to be re-submitted for the stamp, etc.

Can someone please clarify?
