When I hear about such hidden extra-marital affairs, the only question that comes to my mind is: What if the partner of cheating person is also indulged in the same kind of activity with another person. Do such people even care to act responsible to the child(ren)?

DIO: May be you should ask above question to your friend... Will you like if your wife is getting closer (read affair or intimate) with a third person in desh? You want your wife to be sati-savitri, but you yourself dont hesitate to indulge in cheating!

I feel this is a very irresponsible act which can literally ruin the childhood of the kid (assuming < 10 yrs).

Every one is talking about the kid(s). What happens when two people do not get along in general ? Do they or should they stick together just for the sake of child only or do they / should they part their ways ?

And no one is thinking of the poor wife involved with this man for more years than the child has been.

I may sound old school but I strongly beleive there is nothing that can't be sorted out in a relation and if things can go wrong in one then they may as well recur in the second then what do you do?
It seems nowadays people do not have patience/will to analyse and work on the issues in their relation and rather go for easy way out..divorce which is no longer a social stigma and they know they have a choice unlike other relations ..parents, brothers sisters etc.
This friend of DIO is, i guess, just having agood time and may not have any intention of giving up on his marriage and we here are all popping our brains out instead of enjoying the beautiful weather outside. I am sure hes out having fun!!!

Gross and strong incompatibility issues can never be sorted out not only in spiusal relationship but in any relationship . Sometimes living far can be better than living together .
