I was going to say too: this is quite an expensive "restaurant" you have tried out.
To move your family is a very big thing, that too half way across the world.
A person can settle and be happy anywhere. The problem lies within ourselves not the external world right? If you want to see the negatives you will find them in front of you. If you want to see the positives you will find them infront of you as well.

And how about a person who tried different restaurents -all equally expensive-on other's recommandation Or more on being lured by the stories and adverrtisements - and found them all good or great...................and finally landed into this restaurent????

Well its our personal choice what to do in life we find it more luxurious.

And I know when Rajand said that he is going back for good you guys were so after him and discourged him becoz you guys can't see other people's Growth, basically you guys are jealous .

Poeple from US are not fools they are leaving their big houses and going back to India and now their positive replies makes me more Happy.

And India is Growing in such a way that one day your children will have to go and look for a job in India, and i believe there is also a post abt this topic.

Well I want to clear this point with a small example

Say some of your friends recommended you to go to a famous restaurant..

You decide to go there on the weekend..but you did not like the food that much.

So you as a normal person would decide that well next time we wont eat there becoz we did not not like the food that much.

So same goes with Canada....unless you come and stay here you cannot really analyze the true situation....

and moreover it's my personnel choice...I came to Canada as a choice and I'm deciding to go back for good ..that's my choice which I feel it's better 500% than Canada...

It is your own choice where in the world you decide to live.
This topic originally began about the raising of children in Canada. This is where the discussions have stemmed from.

Growth is meeting new challenges..being able to adapt and learn to make it through problems and find solutions. Yes if a person feels returning to India is what they want to do because they want to return its fine..its great.

However if a person wants to return because they feel they cant cope here then they are essentially giving up...right?

I dont think its jealousy as you say.
I also dont think that jobs will stop growing in north america - especially since the majority of the population is ageing..and there will be a shortage of skilled people. There is already.

Im not trying to say your views are wrong. Its just that I believe its all about perception..and nothing else.

Before moving to Canada in 2000, I had 5 international moves in 9 years, only one of which was a without family one!

However, this has nothing to do with raising the children - it has only to do with life in Canada - just so that noone gets me wrong.

You can keep saying this but people will hold on tight to their own 'reality'. Letting go is scary after all :) . People will also tend to seek out and mix with other people who have the same understanding of 'reality'.

Yeah.... your right. Guess I'll let go too :)

There are two things I find myself always varying between .. in my personal and professional world: One is to back off and allow an individual to live their reality the way they choose and the other is to guide them towards learning new things and better ways to do things.

Its a fine balance and a juggling act I guess :)
Thanks.
