Call their customer service. That will be faster.

I experience the same problem a few days ago. I called the customer service and paid it thru their automated system

u know funny thing- i clicked on online help. someone replied. first thing that i was asked 'phone number & pin number'. i m like why pin number? what stupid system. when i asked 'is pin number same as password to login?' and answer was proud yes. and pin is required to verify the account. i shud have asked if they know my password to cross check against. next time when i do that. for now, it is paid through phone.

anybody could have problem like yours with same or any other company but they are not lazy, they pick up the phone and check with the company.
at the end of day you need to call the company and that is what you did. CD did not help you in solving the problem.
