Soon after every terror attack we hear in India, strong words from everywhere that the guilty must be brought to book, severely punished etc. We may not be able to stop the attack however careful we are. But we have repeatedly failed to nail the culprits in almost all the cases. The reasons are not far to seek. Our rulers themselves lack the moral courage, moral strength to fight the monsters. They will be present without fail on the scene of terror to get media attention and mouth words for public consumption. Beyond that they fail miserably. Most of the leaders are basically corrupt, worth 100s of crores if they are at the State level and 1000s of crores if they are at the national level. To lose innocent civilians is a great tragedy. To lose young, able bodied and patriotic defence services personnel, without first cleansing our system of these corrupt bandicoots who have accumulated material wealth, far disproportionate to their known sources of income and who in a way are responsible for all social evils, will be a far greater tragedy.
