Police & Insurance companies are aware of staged accidents and there are con artists who are doing it .....

Another situation you must avoid is ... You have to take a left turn and the oncoming car signals you to go ahead . The moment you do so , he slams his under $1000/- car into yours and 2 of his friends come out of the car as witnesses .

Don't fret ... Let the Police come and tell your story ....... There was a staged accident on the 401 in which 4 vehicles were involved .. Upon investiagtion it was found that all the 3 cars including the tow trucks were a part of the scam ...

Always maintain distance and take pictures immediately after the incident .

Their modus operandi is mind boggling, involving doctors, paraleagals and chiropractors.

The case so far has tallied $4 million in losses to State Farm Insurance alone.

No wonder our insurance premiums are skyhigh.

Toronto star and CBC forgot that this guy got caught on camera and projecting him as victim. CBC interviewed him while walking on the street and inquiring the threats he received. If you mute the sound, It looks like interview with a great achiever. Many new drivers insurance premium costs more than their cars.

Just makes you think twice about the news we are fed daily.

I just have to disagree to the reaction of the general public to this incident.

If this person was repeatedly doing it then toronto police probably would have taken action against this person.

This could be the persons first time in which case it could have been a error in judgement.

For that he is paying with threats to his family members..
Some people have posted his sisters and brothers home address.. There have been racial comments against his community..

This is called vigilante justice gone too far..
