Ask the sub Inspector if he is authorized to issue a PCC .

A PCC is issued by the Passport Office and is endorsed on the passport .

I have applied for my wife on July 12th. I have had no response on it nor did i see any update on Ecas. CHC requested my wife's passport, and she sent it on July 25, 2007. She didn't receive any interview letter prior to that. So, does it mean she won't have to undergo any interview now? I mean we already submitted all the fee and each and every document with her application.

So, is it a good chance now that she would receive the visa with passport? How may days normally it take after the passport is submitted until she receives her visa?

Any idea? Thanks in advance.

If needed they can call for an interview if they need to even after the Passport as the matter is still in progress although an interview is a rarity.

It took us nearly 2 months after submission of ppt but kindly check with this thread whats the current processing time.

Thanks Fido. Appreciate your reply. My process began on May 31st, and they sent the passport request quite early, i.e. on June 18th. So, that's why I am hoping it is all expedited. Let's see!!
