I thought about it, Its a very good idea.

Isnt Blog like a diary....So immigrants (and others) can pen down their daily
activities and thoughts?

The resources required, wouldnt they be same as say this forum.
A server being probably the biggest investment. and then develop a website from there + cost of ISP.
