"World is open but for our own home country we need to get visa..."
Sad but true, for all the countries mentioned above their citizens won't be needing the visa either to enter Canada (or some other exemptions) but since Canada doesn't allow Indian citizens without Visa to enter Canada, India can't allow Canadian citizens either (political relationships). Give and take!
Entry requirements vary by purpose. For example, although S.Korea allows visa free entry, business travelers do need a visa (there are some minor exceptions).
I usually review the below link for entry requirements.

I am Indian, but still I don't trust Indian drivers to drive in Canada. They should definitely go through the graduated licensing process because I believe it makes the roads safer for me and my family. And my family is more important to me than anything else. We all know how easy it is to obtain an Indian drivers license; so to me it is worth nothing. Just my opinion; thanks.
I think the reason that Canada doesn't give visa-free travels to India is that they believe (rightly or wrongly) that there will be a surge of Indians coming to Canada and then not leaving. Does anybody else think that might be the case?

Mr. Gupta,
There is no such thing as "dual citizenship" in India. All we (Canadians, from Indian origin) get is a special type of citizenship called "Overseas citizen of India"... Yes, the passport you will get after acquiring OCI will be different from the usual Indian passport...
Thanks Vikshr.
How much it cost($) getting OCI-Passport from Indian govt/embassy/consulate?
and how long we need to wait after application ?
does OCI passport has same value as ordinary india passport ?
Thanks
