A friend of mine has a bell phone and rogers cell phone and he is unbale to decide whether to go for cable +internet from rogers or bell(cable includes indian channels)which will be cheaper and where we do not have to sign a contract?

Tell your friend to go to their web site & compare the rates. . .
& see wat will work out cheaper !

Go Bell or Rogers--> They are all money suckers. This way or that way you will pay about the same.
