I have been using MJ for the past 3 months with no issues whatsoever ...
Have ordered MJ+ as then my computer would not need to be on 24*7 .... They have a 30 day return warranty & selling to current subscribers @ 1/2 price currently .

Feedback - The installation process was really smooth, prompt and efficient. Bell has evolved as an organisation and has better customer service than its major competitors. Last time I talked to Bell in 2006, I found them arrogant / not customer focused at 4 different instances.
Will share more when I get my first bill :-)

One of the reasons to go with bell is I will have to deal with one company for any issues. Customer service sucks in Canada and hence I wanted to limit this; instead of having to talk to 3 different companies.

Second year and onwards is 90 per month plus tax. 1 receiver is HD PVR, other 3 are plain digital receivers. I asked the bell rep that I find this expensive (even though i didn't) and he said that they can always put me onto another promotion after one year. I will have to call in though.

If I were you never go to acanac, they are good if you are not yet sign up for them but when they are already get you and you do have complaints it will take a week before they reply for your email since they donnot entertain any complaints by phone they always say email them. I was with acanac and also my friend we got thesame complaints. most of the customer services twisting words, could not help and annoying! I requested for moving my line it takes 1 month for re-scheduling of technician and 2 months for delay until i pist-off and decide to cancel i spoke to customer service that i decided to cancel the service. and they said they will refund the remaining 6 months but when i have shifted into another company and follow-up my email for cancellation they said they cannot refund the remaining months.
and one more thing they said upto 5MB or 10MB but most of the time only 1MB. if you realy want unlimited go for primus pay little bit more but their connection is perfect for me. cable or line same thing.

Yeah we understand your frustration --- posting the same post on multiple threads (http://canadiandesi.com/read.php?TID=32828)with a new id does not mean anything ..... I doubt if Acanac would have been able to survive successfully if they were a scam .
