Hi all,
Any one having any idea what stage delhi CHC is at?
All I came to know is that 2000/2001 cases are still being cleared(From discussion forums), but still has 2002 started?
Any one got the IA or any other indications that 2002 has started or will soon?
I read about 8 April 2005, a verdict will be given for settlement of law suit, and after that there should be an increase in activity.
I will appreciate inputs from members and experts.

Just wait patently chap. Just pray that our cases started as per present time lines. so a 42 months prioed for jan 2002 will be over in june 2005. Hopefully in june afterwards months the IA would start.

My 2 brother had applied in 2001. March and April.

My elder brother had applied in April and his visa process started in Aug 2001 and he is coming in next month. So they are working in 2001-2002 but it all depends on Intended occupation.

But case is revers my younger brother had applied in March and visa process started in June 2001 but still he is waiting for the visa and Call.
His occupation is marketing so may be this could be the reason.

This is all depends on the mood of CHC Delhi and our luck....

Hi, June is just 15 days away, I'm not sure I can believe them.
Our great Indian Babus are notorious for slow work, they say something and do something. Are they per chance working for the CHC Delhi too?
