Can you please clarify whats wrong with having soft corner for muslims . Aren't muslims equally human as Hindus . If you don't have soft corner it just tells me that you have been mingling with wrong people or your understanding (judgement ) is completely twisted .
Wait for the day when people will claim the same if you are not gujju , sardar or Baniya .

I am reporting mcg7 for spreading crap.
Not that I want to defend myself personally but I do want to defend my principles.
I am a Christian but not a fanatic. I respect equally people of all faiths. That being said, if anyone tries to spread hatered of any religion, hinduism included, I will be the first one to protest against it. In the same way, I have come out against any christian principles that are not normal, like forced conversion, if any.
Every religion has fanatics, Hindu's included. That is a fact.

Sorry for the late comments . Saw this only now.
Just let it go. People can take any stand they want. But legally, India is a secular country, meaning that all religions are the same to the Govt. and the people are allowed to practice whatever religion that they choose to please.
When I got an oppertunity to work in Saudi in 1998, I took it up. I did not care if they alllowed only Islam to be practiced since I went there for money. I left my bible in India, since they said that they might tear it up at the immigration. So I was well aware of what I will get in Saudi.
Now a Desi (with Canadian citizenship) in Canada is expected to only echo the Canadian Govt's standpoint.
Previously I had a relative with whom I was staying. He was very specific that if alms are given to a begger, a tract about christianity was also given to the begger (whether the begger can read Malayalam or not is a totally different story). I fought againt him by saying that you should not mix kindness with religion.
Time for the moderators to lock the thread as it is going to turn foul on a wednesday.

Absolutely correct. Fanatics are in all religions – they may vary in degree of blindness but they exist everywhere, in all religions.
